Surplus seat belt webbing is usually premium, but uncertified quality.  Unlike OEM webbing, which usually does not have any breaks or   splices in a full, factory-direct roll, after-market webbing may have breaks in the 220-yard roll.  This type of seat belt seconds may also have color or other appearance variations. This webbing has many applications and is suitable for products that do not require certification. There are many colors available, and as examples include black plus various shades of grays and tans.  Surplus seat belt webbing is also available in a wide assortment colors in limited quantities such as reds, blues, greens and many other colors.
